The Word of God
Read John’s Gospel, chapter 1, verses 1 to 18.
John, in this book, gives the story of the Lord Jesus Christ. The Son of God came into the world to tell men about the Father. Christ is called the Word of God because God speaks to us through Him. When we hear Christ speak we hear the Word of God. The Word is also called the Son of God.
